Andrea DaSilva serves as an international business consultant for the creative and digital economies with expertise in the music sector and emerging tech. She spent the past year expanding Keychange into the U.S. market. Keychange is a European-founded gender equity movement to bring more women, gender expansive, and BIPOC artists, innovators, and professionals from underserved communities into music production, the main stages, and executive boardrooms.

Andrea is the former Global Team Lead for Media & Entertainment (U.S. Dept. of Commerce) and authored the first ‘Export & Licensing Guide for Media & Entertainment’ for which she was awarded the Department’s top honors for superior service. During the pandemic she spent two years in Puerto Rico, during which she led a $2.2B economic development project for disaster recovery. Earlier, she worked in executive search for a woman-owned firm on Wall Street, went on to the National Association for Female Executives and Rikers Island Max-Security Prison’s all-female Rose M. Sanger Facility and interned at the UN Commission on the Status of Women. She grew up in Norway, holds a dual MBA/MA Degree and a dual BA in Gender Studies & Ethnology. Andrea is Principal of ADA Advisory, LLC, and a sought-after speaker at music & digital economy conferences.
