Music industry veteran and songwriter advocate Chris Smith is the founder of Sing-Along Music Group, a multi-faceted music publishing and licensing company. He serves on the Board of Advisors and as the in-house music supervisor for Charlotte-based music-tech startup That Pitch. Smith’s work has been featured by brands such as Adidas and Burberry, and he has facilitated collaborations with music licensing giants like Artlist and Soundstripe. As a music business educator and songwriting advocate, Smith fosters industry growth as a Coordinator for the Nashville Songwriters Association International – the world’s largest songwriting education and advocacy organization – and as a member of the admin team for Make Pop Music – the leading online resource and community for producers, songwriters, and artists interested in pop music.
