Elliot Tousley is a musician, entrepreneur, and co-founder of two different digital advertising agencies. Elliot has worked with thousands of independent artists through De Novo Agency which started helping musicians understand the ins & outs of the industry in 2018. He has been living in Charlotte since 2020 and is eager to be a part of the effort to make Charlotte a ‘music city’ similar to the likes of Atlanta, Nashville, or Austin. Elliot works with both musicians and businesses/services within the music industry. He has been working with digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google for over 5 years and has managed millions in ad-spend.
