Marni Wandner is an executive coach, performance coach, consultant, and board-certified health and wellness coach with nearly 25 years working in music as an artist manager, marketing executive, and founder. While running her digital agency Sneak Attack Media, she hit a wall of burnout that changed everything. She rebuilt from the inside out, trained extensively in coaching, applied neuroscience, leadership, and integrative wellness, and launched Future Present, a coaching and consulting practice. Her clients are high-performing music industry professionals and teams looking to build careers and businesses that are sustainable, not just impressive. She has spoken at dozens of events, including SXSW, and works with executives, founders, creatives, and artists navigating burnout, mental blocks, wellness challenges, career transitions, leadership development and business-building. She also manages Brooklyn-based musician, maker, and medium Jocelyn Mackenzie, and serves on the board of ECCHO Live and Backline’s Wellness Advisory board.
