Tony Tuesday is a Senior A&R executive at ONErpm, where he specializes in discovering, signing, and developing talent across Hip-Hop, R&B, Dembow, Dancehall, and other urban genres. With a strong focus on both English- and Spanish-language music, Tony has expanded his A&R efforts internationally, working with artists across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean while helping independent artists grow without sacrificing ownership of their music.
Tony has over eight years of music industry experience, with previous roles at Roc Nation Distribution, Cumulus Media (Hot106), and WME (Miss Universe Organization). During his time at Roc Nation, he contributed to projects involving artists including Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Jaden Smith.
Since joining ONErpm, Tony has built a diverse roster of independent talent, including newly signed artists: Jamaican Dancehall and R&B singer Jada Kingdom, Dominican artist Papy Crish, Rot Ken, MG Sleepy, hip-hop group Rehab, Charlotte R&B artist Jewels, Memphis rapper Mac Critter, Mississippi rapper RiskTakerLeek, and others. His work combines talent discovery, artist development, negotiation, client relations, and data-driven strategy.
Tony has also played a role in several notable viral and commercial successes. “Bailalo Rocky” by Yoan Retro, Ariadne Arana, and GMBeats Degranalo surpassed 1 million TikTok creations, while “Murda Bend” by emerging Texas rapper JhonnieDamnD also achieved significant viral momentum on TikTok. His previous achievements include an RIAA Gold plaque for White Sosa’s Hit The Scene and contributions to Billboard-charting projects including SSG Splurge’s Umbrella Business and Eddie Valero’s Gangsta Blues.
Tony holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Marketing and is passionate about identifying the next generation of artists and helping independent talent turn momentum into sustainable careers.
