Will Siderys is the Senior Director of Business Development for FanDX, the market-leading platform by Loaded and Open World for insights, management, and activation of Discord communities. In his role, Siderys facilitates and oversees partnerships across music, gaming, and brands, guiding these partners through the growth and engagement of their most dedicated audiences. Through his work, he has developed collaborations and new revenue opportunities for artists, brands and more, across the entertainment space.
Prior to his current role at FanDX, Will led label partnerships at Discord, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the platform’s appeal to artists and labels. He also founded Whole Bird Mgmt, an artist management company that focused on nurturing talent and maximizing their potential. His experience extends to significant roles at Paradigm and ICM, where he honed his skills in talent management and business development.Will Siderys
