Jennifer Leff, LCSW is the Managing Director of Human Services at MusiCares – the safety net supporting the health and welfare of the music community which safeguards the well-being of all music people through direct financial grant programs, network of support resources and tailored crisis relief efforts.   In her 14 years at the organization, she works directly with clients who comprise the diverse music eco- system and focuses on unique programming and community/industry outreach.  As a licensed therapist, Jennifer honed her understanding of the unique rigors and stressors in the entertainment/ music world working with creative individuals. She also serves on the Behind the Scenes Mental Health Initiative Steering Committee.
